Home Page > Preferences
The Preferences section allows for some changes to the Home Page as that particular person wants to see things. 

 

My Record Options (Learners/Students)

  • Allows for a password reset.

 

My Employees Options (Managers)

  • Employees - Whether one wants to see all employees (direct and indirect reports) verse displaying direct reports only.  This setting determines the rest of the options.
  • Class History - To display all historical records or just the ones for this current year.
  • Programs - To display programs at all stages or just the ones that are currently in progress.
  • Credentials - To display credentials at all stages or just the ones expiring this current year.
  • External Classes - To display all external classes or just the ones for this current year.
  • Tuition Assistance - To display all tuition assistance classes or just the ones for this current year.

 

My Classes (Instructors)

  • Class History - To display all the historical classes or just the ones for this current year.
