The Requirements section is where learners go to see what training requirements are outstanding. Typically the requirements seen here are company-wide, position-related and/or needed to keep up certifications or other credentials.
The Instruction bar at the top of the page is collapsible. If the instructions are understood, click the bar that reads Instructions to expand or collapse this section.Requirements are displayed in order of Date Needed. If the Date Needed column is BLANK, the requirement defaults to the top. Click on the icons in the Description column or Attachments (when available) to see more information about the requirement. In this section, use the Action/Status column to figure out what the next step is. When the Search hyperlink is available, click on it to either register for an instructor-led class (date/time) or launch a self-paced training session.
Action/Status Options:
- No Classes Available There are no internal classes available for this requirement yet.
- Pending Approval An approval process for enrollment is in process.
- Enrolled Requirement is in process of being fulfilled.
- Search Hyperlink displays when an internal class is available.
- ## / ## Ratio of hours completed to hours needed for On-Job-Training (OJT) requirements.
