The Programs section is where managers go to see what learning tracks their employees are progressing toward completion.
Programs are displayed in order of Employee Name. Additionally there is a Group button at the top left-hand corner of the table. When clicked, the page refreshes to group students by programs and the button then reads UnGroup. Click on the Employee Name link to see all the completed requirement information for that employee in a 'Read Only' view.
Hover over the Description icon (Magnify Glass) to see the breakdown of which requirements are completed and which ones are outstanding.
