Login History

The Login History menu item of Admin > Security keeps a history of all of the successful and unsuccessful Cyber Train login attempts (both User and Student) as well as the time and date of each attempt.

Use the 'Successful' or' Unsuccessful' checkboxes to filter the list for successful or unsuccessful login attempts.  One or both of these boxes must be checked or the list will show "no records found". 

The 'User' dropdown list allows the user to search for login attempts by specific or all users. Highlight a user name in the list to limit the results to a specific user. Highlight 'All Users' to see the login attempts for all users.  This drop-down list is exclusive to users only and will not consider specific student logins.

Use the 'Users' or' Students' radio button to determine what kind of login you want to review.  

The 'Purge' button allows the user to purge login history by date.

NOTE: Due to the way the student and users are treated separately, there will be 2 entries for the same person when the person logging in is a student and has a user profile too.
