The Programs Tab section is where System Users (Training Admins / Instructors / Select Managers) can go to see what programs are listed for the student as well as which ones are still in progress to the ones that are completed.

The Instruction bar at the top of the page is collapsible.  This message is used to help understand what actions can happen from this section of the system or any other messages that need to be displayed.  If the instructions/messages are understood and should not display all the time, collapse the section by clicking the ^ icon at the top right-hand side of the table. This will free up space on the page.



Column Name  What the Information Is Actions Available 
Name

The name of the program is displayed here.

The column is sortable by clicking on the Name link you can sort by ascending/descending order.  
Description The description of the course is here.  When you hover over the item, a pop-up box appears with the program name and description as well as which class are taken to which class are outstanding requirements. 
Date Added

This date is the date the program was added.

Date Completed This date is the date the program was completed.

Progress

This is a calculation that is done on the fly here when hitting the page.  

It considers the total number of courses and divides the number of taken courses into the total number to get the progress percentage of what has been completed so far.

This section is in progress
