Copy Code Table

The Copy Code Table menu item of Admin > Processes allows and Admin User to copy Cyber Train codes from one table to another. Since the information is already in the system, nothing more is needed to prepare other than knowing the from/to code table names.

In some cases, where the code tables are company specific you can copy from one company to the other and the company field appears:

In the screen shots above, if the code tables from which a user wishes to copy are not listed, a user may specify the code tables to use by their table identifier in the blank fields shown. The identifier can be determined by accessing the code table and looking at the URL. 

In this example the code table is O1 for the first Organizational Level.

So to copy this code table from one table to another the user would select the Other(Enter Below) option from the bottom of the pull down list and enter the O1 in the blank box below the pulldown as in the following example.
