Cyber Recruiter has teamed with Broadbean to supply clients with the ability to push a job out to many job boards all at the same time.  This integration requires setup with Broadbean and is available on a subscription basis.

NOTE: Broadbean can only accept requisition codes which are 20 characters or less.  If this integration is being used, the automatic code generator , which occurs when the requisition is entered, may need to be reviewed.

Setup in Cyber Recruiter

Setup with Broadbean must be completed before setup in Cyber Recruiter can be completed.  Once the company and users have been established with Broadbean the next step is to set up the connection in Cyber Recruiter.

1. From the General tab, change the "Enabled?" field to "Yes".  Press the disk icon to save changes to the first tab.
2. Add the users who will use this feature for posting.  Press the "Add New Record" link above the table.
   1. Select the Cyber Recruiter user from the drop-down list.
   2. Enter in the ID issued by Broadbean for this user.
   3. Enter in the password issued by Broadbean for this user.
   4. Press the disk icon to save the changes. 
   5. Continue with this process until all users are added.
3. Add the fields from the requisition to be used in the job posting.  Press the book icon above the table.
   1. Select the field from the requisition to be included.
   2. Select the order this field should show in the full posting.
   3. Press the disk icon to save changes.
   4. Continue with this process until all sections of the job description are defined.

Once the users and the job description are defined, the records can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon at the beginning of the row.  Sections or users can be removed by clicking on the X icon at the end of the row.

Applicants can be re-directed from the various job boards back to the careers site and Cyber Recruiter can capture the referral source.  In order to allow for this functionlity a few more setup steps are required.

1. Ensure that the option for allowing unencrypted URLs to the careers site is set to Yes.
2. Ensure all the job boards which will be used are listed as referral sources under Admin > Codes > Referral Source.
3. When setting up the job boards with Broadbean, enter the the source into the "Custom Source Code" field.  The value to enter into the source code field is rf=MONSTER. 
rf= tells Cyber Recruiter which field stores the referral source.
MONSTER  is the code stored in Cyber Recruiter which was defined in step #2.  This will change fore each job board.
