Cyber Recruiter Roles
- Admin: A person who has access to the Main Menu Bar > Admin Menu.
- User: A person who has access to the general views of Cyber Recruiter. (Recruiter, Supervisor, Approver, Admin, etc…)
- Applicant: A person who applies on the corporate careers site and updates/reviews information in the Self Service Center. Has a profile in Cyber Recruiter with a status NOT equal to HIRED.
- Employee: A person who has a profile in Cyber Recruiter and status equals HIRED for the purpose of applying to positions in the Self Service Center, updating information as needed and submitting employee referrals when available.

Shortcut Links
These links provide shortcuts to key areas and are available throughout Cyber Recruiter.
- Home Page – Provides a hub of information about the system (statistics, action items, shortcuts, etc…)
- Dashboard – Displays quick summaries or graphs of reports created in the system via the Report Writer tool.
- Inbox – Acts like a clipboard and holds Applicants who current need attention
- Req List – Contains all system requisitions, as Users are able to see them
- Logout – This is how Users logout of Cyber Recruiters properly
Main Menu Bar
The Main Menu Bar appears at the top of each page in the system. Depending on security permissions, software version and options purchased, users can utilize the Requisitions, Applicants or Reports options as available.
This is the main navigational tool and will apply throughout all of Cyber Recruiter.
- Requisitions – Helps to create, find and manage requisition
- Find Requisition – Search options to find a requisition
- Create Requisition – Allows users to create new requisitions
- Job Boards – Allows users to post positions to job boards
- Recent - Stores the last 5 requisitions viewed in the system for quick access to the file
- Applicants – Helps to add, find, search and manage applicants
- Find Applicant – Search options to find an applicant
- Add Applicant – Add applicants manually
- Advanced Import – Add applicants via a resume parse
- Search Applicants – Searching options for a pool of Applicants
- Employee Referrals – Allows users to track employee referrals (Professional and Enterprise only)
- HR/Payroll Systems – Upload new hires to a designated HR/Payroll System
- Background Checking Systems – Submit & receive background checking reports
- Recent - Stores the last 5 applicants viewed in the system for quick access to the file
- Reports – Provides standard reports, a data dictionary and the ability to export specified fields to excel
- Admin – Holds all the pertinent information that drive & configure the system
- Help – Provides users with some self-managing options
- Help Center - Access manuals, training, product options, advanced tech support and much more.
- About – Contains generic information about the product
Requisition File
The Requisition File has its own navigational tools to help users maneuver within a file.
- Title Bar: Requisition title and code always appear on the left-hand side of the header.
- Quick Reference: Hover over the title and code to have a ‘quick reference’ pop up about the requisition.
- Scrolling Bar: The arrows flip the previous or next record if the current requisition was selected from a list.
- Pages: The drop-down list on the right-hand side of the header displays the current page of the file being viewed. Choose a different page from the drop-down refreshes the system to display the selected page.
- Quick Find Box & Recent Item Button: Click the Recent Items Button to see the last five (5) viewed requisitions or applicants or find a new requisition or applicant by typing the first few characters in the Quick Find Box. The search looks to the applicant email address, applicant last name or the job title of the requisition.
Pages that make up the Requisition File are as follows:
- Main Page: Contains the main requisition information in three tabs
- Job Description Page: Contains the requisition’s job description information
- Req Questions Page: Lists all the questions that will be asked with the requisition
- Applicants Page: Contains all the assigned applicants to the requisition
- Approvals Page: Contains a list Users who approved the requisition
- History Page: Audit trail of the requisition
- Notes Page: Contains all the requisition notes
- Requirements Page: Searches applicants based on requirements entered here
- Costs Page: Tracks the recruiting costs for the requisition
- Attachments Page: Lists all the attachments for the requisition
- Agency Portal: Lists 3rd party agencies employed to recruit for positions. This page triggers the notification to the agencies selected (Professional and Enterprise only)
- Advanced Posting: Launch page to send jobs to Broadbean
- ZipRecruiter: Launch page to send jobs to ZipRecuiter
- Print Req Option: Allows users to view and print the requisition file
Applicant File
The Applicant File has its own navigational tools to help users move within a file.
- Title Bar: Applicant title always appears on the left-hand side of the header.
- Quick Reference: Hover over the title to have a ‘quick reference’ pop up about the applicant.

- NOTE: The Quick Find feature displays the applicant's name, application date and overall status. For this reason, applicant WITHOUT an Overall Status cannot be displayed.

- Activity Page: Internal correspondences and management
- Assigned Reqs: Lists all the attached requisitions
- Routings: Lists all the applicant’s routings
- Interviews: Lists all the applicant’s interviews
- Offers: Lists all the applicant’s offer approvals
- Onboarding: Tracks the workflow task for a person being hired or moving jobs
- Experience Page: Contains applicant’s skills/education/employment/military/security information
- Application Page: Contains main application information
- Status/History Page: Audit trail of the applicant File
- Correspondence Page: Lists all interactions with applicants (emails/letters)
- Notes Page: Contains all the applicant notes
- Demographics Page: Contains the applicant’s contact and EEO information
- Misc Info Page: Lists additional fields of applicant information
- References Page: Contains the applicant’s references
- Task: Track tasks assigned to the applicant, user or designated individual related to the hiring process
- Questionnaire: Provides a secondary data gathering page to collect information not gathered during the application process
- Attachments Page: Lists all the attachments for applicants
- Resume Page: Holds the applicant’s text/formatted resumes and cover letter
- Employee Referred Page: Lists referral information for tracking and reporting purposes (Professional and Enterprise only)
- HR/Payroll Systems: Applicant specific information sent to a designated HR/Payroll System
- Background Checking Systems: Submit background checking reports
- Add/Remove to Inbox Option: Adds/removes the applicant to the user’s Inbox
- Print Application: Allows users to view and print the application
