The Print Req Form allows for configuration of the requisition report so a user can view all the details related to each requisition.  This report can be printed from inside the Requisition and can be embedded into the various standard emails.

The setup page in Page Builder is a setup / "mapping" page where key fields are embedded into the report layout and then leveraged in the actual report. Select the kind of information to display by using the drop-down list at the top of the page. Click the Go button to place the item on the page.
