Page Location: Admin > Website > Agency Portal > Emails

The Email Page is where the Administrator can set up the email templates for some particular emails that are generated at different points in the process.

Email	Purpose
Welcome	The Welcome Email is initial email that welcomes new agents to working with the organization. It should give the agency the information it needs to access the Agency Portal website and any other information/instructions they need. This email is triggered from the individual Agent within the Agencies Page
New Position	The New Position Email is the email that agencies will receive when a new positions is open and is sent to an Agency to help recruit for it. This email is triggered from the Agency page of the Requisition file.
Forgot Login	The Forgot Login Email is what the Agency Users will receive when they click on the Login Page link to have their Login information resent to them. This email is triggered when the Agent requests a new password from the login page of the portal.

The emails are structured to be able to merge information into them so each email can be standardized but still unique to the individual receiving the email. To use the merge fields, place the cursor where the field should appear, find the field from the drop-down list and press the Add button to insert the field.

Requisition Description		X		"Job Title" field from the General tab of the Main page.
Requisition Code		X		Unique code associated with the requisition
Supervisor (Full Name)		X		"Hiring Manager" field from the General tab of the Main page.
Supervisor (ID)		X		User ID for the "Hiring Manager" field from the General tab of the Main page.
Recruiter (Full Name)		X		"Recruiter" field from the General tab of the Main page.
Recruiter (ID)		X		User ID for the "Recruiter" field from the General tab of the Main page.
Job Description		X		Text stored on the 1st tab (Job Description) of the Job Description page.
Requirements		X		Text stored on the 2nd tab (Requirements) of the Job Description page.
Public Job Description		X		Text stored on the 3rd tab (Public Job Description) of the Job Description page.
Other Description		X		Text stored on the 4th tab (Other Description) of the Job Description page.
