xScore Report
The Applicant Score Report tracks scoring on three (3) different types of questions: Application, Requisition, and Interview Evaluations. This email can be access via the following methods:
- Click on the link for the Score on the Applicants page of the requisition.
- Add this link to the Standard Emails.
- Add this link as a custom link to the applicant's file.
The Application Questions and Requisition Questions are based on questions answered by the applicant. The Interview Evaluation Questions will be based on users (Interviewers) who give feedback about the applicant. If this report is accessed via the requisition file ONLY those Requisition Questions and Interviews for that requisition will be displayed. If access via the standard emails or the applicant file all the requisition and all the interviews will be listed. The requisition questions will be grouped by requisition, the interview questions will be grouped by interviewer.
The original and last dates of applications are provided for reference.
Application questions display fist on the report. The number listed in the header represents the total number of points scored based on the answers given by the applicant. This number is the same as the first number of the "Score" column when viewing this report via the Applicants page of the requisition.
Questions are grouped alphabetically by the group assigned and then are displayed based on the order number assigned in the setup. Each question is displayed on the left-hand of the report and each answer on the right-hand.
Only drop-down answers can be scored and scoring is assigned automatically based on the answer to the question based on the setup of the question. Each drop-down answer type will have two values displayed to the right of the applicant's answer.
- The first value in the parenthesis is the point value for the answer provided by the applicant based on the scoring of the question.
- The second value in the parenthesis identifies if the answer is "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable". The website Actions has the ability to change status or elimentate applicants from evaluation based on "Unacceptable" answers.
Requisition questions display second on the report. Questions are grouped first by Job Code/Job Title and then by the group assigned to the question and then finally based on the order assigned to the question. Date of the application and the current status of the applicant on the requisition is provided for reference. Each question is displayed on the left-hand of the report and each answer on the right-hand.

Interview Evaluation questions display last on the report. Requisition Code and Description along with the interview date are provided for reference. Questions are grouped first by the Interviewer and and then based on the order assigned to the question. Each question is displayed on the left-hand of the report and each answer on the right-hand.
The number listed next to the Interviewer represents the total number of points scored based on the answers given by the Interviewer. The third number of the "Score" column is the AVERAGE of all points assigned based on feedback from ALL interviewers for the applicant for this requisition when viewing this report via the Applicants page of the requisition.
Only drop-down answers can be scored and scoring is assigned automatically based on the answer to the question based on the setup of the question. Each drop-down answer type will have two values displayed to the right of the Interviewers answer.
- The first value in the parenthesis is the point value for the answer provided by the interviewer based on the scoring of the question.
- The second value in the parenthesis identifies if the answer is "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable". This is for information purposes only.
