LinkedIn Emails- Not Currently working in 9.x

Need Help on this Topic? Email Support

Two emails are designed to work with the LinkedIn application process.  Theses emails are automatically triggered by the system when an applicant applies using the LinkedIn profile option but only one email will be sent per applicant.

Successful Application

If the applicant is not already in the system, the information will be added into Cyber Recruiter and this email will be triggered out to the applicant.  This email should provide instruction on what to do next.  The applicant will need to use the newly created profile to log into the Self Service system to finish the process, review the information ported from LinkedIn and to provide additional information not stored in LinkedIn.

Duplicate Application

If the applicant is already in the system (based on the email address in the LinkedIn) this email will be triggered instead.  This email should explain that the applicant already has a profile on file and he/she should log into the Self Service module to apply for the job.  Nothing is ported over from LinkedIn and during the application process, the applicant should review/update what is currently on file with the organization.
