Sneak Peek Webinars
With each new version, Visibility Software hosts a "Sneak Peak" to make sure clients are aware of the new features available in that version. This is a great opportunity to not only see the new feature but get tips/tricks on how to activate it or train it to the rest of the staff.

User Group Meetings (Virtual)
Each quarter (March / June / September and December), Visibility Software hosts a User's Group meeting with the goal of answering client questions. Each session will cover topics important to users and should be attended by anyone using Cyber Recruiter who wants to make sure the system is maximized.

Semi-Annual Consulting (Virtual)
Visibility Software understands that in this fast-pace world annual training is very important to the continued maximization of your software. We also understand that budgets can be tight and getting approval for much needed consulting and training can be challenging. So, we include a 90 minute semi-annual consulting meeting as part of the annual support plan for which you have already paid.
All we need to get started is an understanding of your current needs. Once our team receives your request, we will be in touch to finalize a meeting time.
Cost: 1 90-minute sessions included annually with support plan or SaaS agreement.
System Review
Not sure if you are getting the most out of your system? Work with a Visibility Sofware consultant to review your system settings and recommend changes to maximize your software. Each session is 90 minutes and the Visibility Software consultant will write up a summary of the findings for future reference.
Cost: $500. Amount will be credited back if additional services are purchased, within 6 months of the review, exceeding $1000.
Assistance with Upgrades
Does your IT department need assistance applying an upgrade (major or minor)? No worries! We can be of assistance to get the update applied correct the first time.

Custom Reports
Need a report and not sure how to get the data out of the system? Let us help. We can work with you to build a report in Report Writer (Professional or Enterprise level clients) which you can then modify and control; or, for more complicated reports, we can build custom reports which are little mini program that can be embedded into your system.

Custom Programs
Is Cyber Recruiter not doing everything you need or want it to do? Let's see if we can build a custom program or page which, when used in conjunction with the standard system, fills in the rest of the gaps in your process.

Training Needs
We know that Cyber Recruiter is a very powerful software tool and we don't expect you to know everything. So, plan to have us help out making sure you are up to speed on the software.
- Instructor Led Training
Classes are designed to be topic focused, short, sweet and to the point. Each session is 50 - 60 minutes and allows for live interaction between the student and the Visibility Software instructor. Students will each receive a workbook with relevant tips and tricks which can be used during the training sessions and will be kept as a valuable reference for the future.
Classes are $99 a session and a 20% discount is applied for enrollment in to 3 or more classes (can be split between students). There is a 2 student minimum for each class.
- Self-Paced Training
These recordings are designed to cover all the topics related to setting up Cyber Recruiter and using it on a daily basis. Sessions are divided by topic and resulting in many easy to view session ranging from 10 - 60 minutes (depending on topics). Users can review the recording multiple times unlike web based training or on-site consulting.
Cost: No cost
- Personal One-On-One Consulting
Clients can work with a consultant to evaluate their current system and develop a project plan for reviewing, configuring and training on areas which the client is not using, are new to the system or need to be changed. This consulting is done via web meetings & conference calls to allow for the most amount of flexibility within the project since meetings can be scheduled based on topics to cover which reduces the amount of information at any given time. These meeting also allow for attendees located at multiple locations to attend. Based on a project plan, the consultant will provide the client with a quote for the services. These meetings can also be recorded and provided to the client so individuals that were unable to attend can review the information. This service is available at an additional cost.
