xInbox

The |Inbox| allows users to maintain a list of applicants for quick reference. It is recommended that this list ONLY contain the applicants who are currently being evaluated.  

System defaults for the column displays are set by the Administrator in the Page Builder section; however, each user has the ability to change the settings based on his/her preference via the My Preferences page.

Applicant Files are sorted by the Applicant column (name) but users can sort (ascending/descending) by any column that has the up and down arrows in the header. The sort order will be saved and remain in the specified order until re-sorted.  To open an Applicant File, click on the name hyperlink field.

Applicants who have the Referral Source listed as "Employee Referal" (code = EMPREF) will appear in this list highlighted in Pink.
Applicants who have the Overall Status indicating he/she is an active employee (code starts with HIRED) will appear in this listed highlighted in Green.  If someone is an employee and has the referral source listed as "Employee Referral", the record will appear in green.

Button options on the top of the page allow the user to quickly communicate internally regarding the applicant and externally to the applicant and to update this and other requisitions.  Two options are controlled by Group Security.  The buttons work in conjunction with the checkmark on the left-hand side of the table.  Check mark the rows first and then use the button below the table to take action.

Email Allows the user to email directly to the applicant. Group Security for the Applicants > Correspondence must be set to "Add Only", "Owned Only" or "Update" to perform this action.
Route Starting the Routing process and will trigger a routing request to the users selected. Group Security for the Applicants > Applicant Routing must be set to "Add Only", "Owned Only" or "Update" to perform this action.
Print Allows the user to print multiple applicant resumes.  This will only print the text version of the resume. N/A 
Delete Removes the applicants' record from the Inbox view.  This does NOT remove the applicant record from the system entirely. N/A


The pieces of information shown below could be listed on the Inbox. Access to the information is based on the setup either under Page Builder or My Preferences.

Application Date Date the person applied to the system (Status/History page).
Overall Status Global status for this person (Status/History page).  
Resume Quick link to the current text and/or formatted resume on file.  
Notes Quick link to the Notes page.  
Add a Note Action to add a note to an Applicant's record.  Taking this action will return the user back to the Inbox.  
Routings Quick link to the Routings tab of the Activity page.  
Routing Stats Quickly see how many routings have been send out and how many are outstanding.  
Correspondence Quick link to the Correspondence page.  
Send an Email Action to send an email to the Applicant.  Taking this action will return the user back to the Inbox.  
Interviews Quick link to the Interview tab of the Activity page.  
Experience Quick link to the Experience page.  
History Quick link to the Status/History page.  
Application Quick link to the Application page.  
Web Requisition Displays the first job this Applicant applied to on the website using Cyber Recruiter.  
Assigned Requisitions Link Quick link to the Assigned Requisition tab of the Activity page.  
Offers Quick link to the Offers tab of the Activity page.  
References Quick link to the References page.  
Position Desired Displays the field "Position Desire" found on the the Application page.  
Referral Source Displays the field "Referral Source" found on the the Application page.   
Desired Salary Displays the field "Desired Salary" found on the the Application page.  
Primary Phone Displays one of the Phone number fields found on the Demographics page.
Display depends on which is listed as the Primary phone number.
 
City, State/Provence Displays the "City" and "State/Province" found on the Demographics page.  
Attachments Will show the number of Attachments connected to the Applicant.  Is also a quick link to the Attachments page.  
Security Clearance Quick link to the Security Clearance tab of the Experience page.  
Military History Quick link to the Military History tab of the Experience page.  
Misc (1-20) 20 variable fields which display information from the Misc. page.  
Request Offer Action to request and offer. Taking this action will return the user back to the Inbox.  
Attached Reqs (Code) Displays all jobs applied for listing only the Requisition Code.  
Attached Reqs (Desc)  Displays all jobs applied for listing only the Job Title  
Attached Reqs (Code: Desc) Displays all jobs applied for listing the Requisition Code and Job Title.  
Attached Reqs (Code: Status) Displays all jobs applied for listing the Requisition Code and Current Status.
If the user has update access to statuses, the Status field will be a hyperlink allowing that change.
 
Attached Reqs (Code: Assign Date) Displays all jobs applied for listing the Requisition Code and date of application.  
Attached Reqs (Desc: Score) Displays all jobs applied for listing the Job Title and Score for all questions.
Clicking on the score will display the report listing the questions, answers, and rating. 
 
Last Assign Date Displays the date of the last job applied for.  
Applicant # Displays the automatically assigned Applicant Number.  
User Ranking Allows the user to Rank an applicant based on a predetermined ranking system.  
Ethnic Origin Displays the "Ethnic Origin" field found on the EEO tab of the Demographics page.
