Gallup Assessments

The Gallup Integration allows for an organization to team with Gallup for assessments. The fields below set up the tool but there is additional configuration/programming needed on the Gallup side in order for this integration to operate.

Purpose |
| Enabled |
Set this field equal to Yes in order to activate the tool and add the response page to the Applicant's file. |
| Gallup Link |
A link from Gallup where the new applicant will go to complete the rest of the assessment.

| Req Assessment Field |
Select a misc field in the requisition and assign it here. This field must be a drop-down with the values of Y and N. If a requisition is coded with a Y, then it will trigger the Gallup assessment for the applicant. |

| Move Score To |
Gallup will produce a Score based on the assessment. Select which of the Application Questions should store this score. |
| Move MTI To |
Gallup will produce an MTI value based on the assessment. Select which of the Application Questions should store this data.

| If Score Below |
Use this field to set a threshold for a minimum score. |
| Change Status To |
If the minimum score is established, select which status should be assigned if the applicant receives a score below the threshold. |
| If Score Above |
Use this field to set a threshold for a goal score.

If the goal score is established, select which status should be assigned if the applicant receives a score above the threshold.

Compose an email which will be directed to the applicant in order to take the assessment. The following fields can be merged into the email to make it personalized. |
