Page Location: Admin > Website > Agency Portal > Agencies
The Agencies Page allows the Administrator to enter the agencies who should have access to the portal along with the users for each agency. This is also where the Administrator disables agencies and users that are not longer working with the organization.
Summary View of Agencies
This page displays all the Agencies entered for the organization. The Hide Disabled checkbox show active and inactive Agency accounts as the Administrator needs to review them.
Click 'Add New Record' to add a new agency to the list. Click the icon to edit an agency already in place.
Columns Include:
- Agency = Agency Name
- Address
- City, State Zip
- Users = Hyperlink to the page of Agents for this specific Agency. This will be 0 for a new agency. In order to open a job for posting to specific Agents, the Agency must be added and then all the individual agents.
Agency Details
When viewing (or adding) an agency, the following fields are available to track the details.

Tracks the name of the specific Agency. This will show on the summary list, will be listed as the Referral Source for the Applicant and will be the name listed in the Requisition for posting out jobs. |

Country. This will pull from the standard list of countries defined under Admin > Codes. If one should be added, to this list, add it first to the main list of countries. |

If an agency should be removed from the list, DO NOT delete the account, instead disable the account. Agents will not be able to log into the system and users will not be able to post out jobs to this agency. But, history will remain of whom originally submitted the applicant. |
Agent Summary
After the Agency has been created, or to add more Agents to the Agency, click on the number in the Users column related to the Agency. All of the Agents connected to this Agency will be listed. The summary page includes the following columns and features.
- User ID = The Login ID the Agent will use to access the Agency Portal
- Name = Name of the Agent
- Email = Email address of the Agent
- Reset Password = Click this link if the Agent needs to have the password reset and emailed to gain access to the Portal. He/she can do this from the Login page or an Admin of Cyber Recruiter can trigger the email from the Agent page.
- Welcome Email = Click this link to trigger the Welcome Email which introduces the agent to the system and provides him/her with login information and the URL to the site.
