xEvaluate Applicants From the Inbox
The following steps will help you evaluate an applicant if you elect to have his/her information sent directly to your Cyber Recruiter Inbox
- Click the Profile and Resume hyperlinks to evaluate the applicant or click on the applicant’s name and go to the application and resume pages of his/her file
- Click the Status hyperlink (not the job title), in the Attached Reqs column to record the response/ for appropriate requisition
- Select the New Status from the available list
Note: “As of” defaults to system date, but may be changed
- Check “Change all reqs…” if it is necessary based on the evaluation
- Check “Delete from Inbox” only if you are through with this applicant
- Check to Email Recruiter or Email Hiring Manager as needed to update him/her on the applicant’s status change
- Clicks “Save Changes
- If not qualified Recruiter emails the applicant the “2-Thanks but No Thanks” email
- Click the check box to the left of the applicant’s name and select the Email icon
- Select “by choosing an existing correspondence template” ,in the Create email field
- Click Continue
- Select “2-Thanks but No Thanks”, from the drop down list
- Click Preview
- Update the email if needed.
- Click Continue
- After previewing the finished email – Click Send
